Bomb the City 1.0

Action 229 Kb Freeware

In Bomb the City you take control of your Bomber as it flies over Baghdad. Your goal is simple, Bomb the City! With each pass of your plane you altitude drops, so if your aim is off...its game over. If you level the city, you move on to the next, where the speed increases.

Bomb the City was created for a 2-bit game competition. The goal of this competition was to make a game in the style of the old Nintendo Gameboy using only 4 shades of a single color.

*Bomb the City features original music by Josh Welchel, aka Twi Terror.

Controls:

In B.C.U.S., there are actually only 3 keys you use.

The "control" key drops a bomb (in-game), starts the game (on the title screen), or submits a score (score screen).

The "space" key is used to display arrows above the building, so you can tell where they are if they get so low its hard to see them (in-game).

The "espace" key is used to not submit your score (score screen).

Scoring:

Scoring is pretty simple in B.C.U.S.
Hitting a building scores you one point.
Completely destroying a building gives you 5 points.
Hitting a tank scores you 10 points.
Hitting the stationary car gives you 5 points.
Hitting the UN truck (comes in on the right) takes away 5 points.
