New version 1.1.3: 11/19/07

Author's note on version 1.1.3:
If you were having problems running the game, never fear: the day has finally arrived when I can, with some hesitation, pronounce Intel 950G compatability "fixed"! Loads of other bugs were fixed as well, giving the game a general shot in the arm.

Venture plays a little bit like star control 2 or freelancer, it's a space exploration game, you shoot aliens/pirates/etc. and trade cargo and so on and so forth. You are also competing against other players.


Venture the Void is an online space exploration game of the grandest and most ridiculous type. You find yourself conscripted to track down a powerful relic for an ancient, spacebound god; the rest is up to you.

Featuring wickedly open-ended gameplay, hundreds of huge planets filled with cities blending seamlessly together in one massive game world, and a truly XXL helping of the surreal and unexpected; well can you reasonably
turn this kind of experience down? Yes? Ok well I better keep on talking then!
