STUPID FACTS ABOUT PEETOO!:
- The name was not actually based on urine but rather on something I used to joke about while playing MarioKart 64. When the princess would say "peachy" I would comment that it sounds like she was saying "peetoo". That probably doesn't seem like a very funny joke but back when I was 12 it was side splattingly haylarious... or not.
- Peetoo's Revenge began as an experiment to see if I could make a game where you pick up and throw boxes. The experiment was a tremendous failure however I realized that what I had made looked and played a lot better than the game I was working on (Peetoo 2) so I ditched that and decided to make this the next Peetoo game.
- This game took about a year and a half to make.
- The level 13 title "I love canoes" was a reference to Ed Edd n Eddy which was my favorite TV show at the time.
- Originally I had planned to have a level where you rode a horse and a level inside a UFO.
- There was going to be a lake level where you could swim underwater but MMF crashed while I was making it and I didn't want to make it again so I made the swamp level instead.
- Peefore's evel fortress was originally going to be a giant stone tower level with 2 different sides
- The word "evel" in that sentance above was actually a legitimate typo and not done on purpose, OHHHH YEEEEEAAAAHHHHH!!!
- Peetoo's seldom seen brother Peethrii was created by one of my friends back in '97 I then created Peefore as the main villian.
- There is no Peeone, the dino brothers are all named after their father "Pee".
- I had designed a "cheese monkey convention" level for Peetoo 2 but never got around to making it before I cancelled the game.
- The floating skeleton worm enemy came from an issue of A Comic Book where a character called Slimey the Octopus gets trapped in the house of evil.
