Don't you love games that take two genres and blend them together? Well truth be told, I usually like them more in principle than in fact, but I recently picked up one of those Intellivision direct-to-tv thingies, and me and my son both got addicted to AstroSmash's gameplay.
It's a cross between say Galaxian and Asteroids. I've added some unique powerups and other elements (all of which can be turned on/off in the options screen).
Controls:
Cursor left/right and spacebar or/ A and D and spacebar
Joystick/gamepads are also supported.
