Gravity Flipping and Note Throwing cost groove (Blue Bar). Groove recharges constantly over time.

Health (Red Bar) is lost from touching Danger Blocks (black and yellow diagonal stripes), enemies, and enemy projectiles. Be careful! Health can only be restored by finding Health Packs around levels.
