Controls:
Arrow keys or W,S,A,D = move
Space = jump
Ctrl = fire (when equipped with foil gun)
Keypad 8,4,6,2 = camera movement
F1 = reset
Esc = pause / back to game
Q = quit current level (while in pause menu)
